This lovely rug was hooked on burlap backing using carpet yarn. The design is of 2 red flowers in alternate corners surrounded by green foliage. There is an inner border on beige background which showcases the flowers very well. It is in good condition with slight fading There is a small area where the yarn has released due to deteriorating burlap.
