This rug was passed to me by a friend whose brother had it. I mentioned having it registered with the heritage rug registry and they were excited. This rug was a gift to Peter Burns and his wife, Sandra (since passed away) from a good friend/family.

The lady who made this rug, according to Peter, made it in the early 40’s when she got married. He is uncertain of the actual date as it was a gift to him. It is hooked with recycled materials on burlap backing.
