This colourful geometric design, a series of blocks, was hooked using recycled wool strips on burlap backing. The backing is folded over the back and stitched down Cotton twill binding is sewn around the outside edges on the back as well. Beautiful shades of blue, teal, green, brown give this rug a 3-D affect.
Robert has been rug hooking for several years. He was taught by his grandmother who lived in West Paradise, NS when she was in her late 70 – 90 years of age. Robert also enjoys photography.
